Work on Paper : Works by gallery artists and invited artists

Gallery by the Lakes presents Work on Paper, a celebration of the expressive possibilities of paper as both medium and muse. The exhibition brings together distinctive contemporary artists who work on, or with, paper: Penny Brown's intricate botanical collages, Tianyin Wang's expressive charcoal drawings created with the absence of the line , esteemed printmaker Lisa Takahashi's colourful and expressive prints, and Jemma Appleby's extraordinary charcoal drawings where she seeks harmony between architecture and trees, shadow and light.

Work on Paper also features a selection of beautiful groups of small works by Debra Royston, alongside pieces by other invited artists yet to be announced.
