The repeat pattern I've designed and made using linocut features my favourite spot within their grounds, where Mark Dedrie's sculpture 'Crescendo' - a swan conducting the beauty of nature - can be found. I chose to apply the pattern to a deckchair because it felt like the perfect symbol of lounging and relaxing, pastimes that sculpture by the lakes was made for.
